Appointment Policies

Cancellations

A minimum of 24 hours advance notice is required for all cancellations. Clients who do not provide adequate notice will be charged the full appointment fee.

No-Shows

Clients who miss appointments without canceling will be charged for the full cost of the missed session.

Late Arrivals

Sessions may be shortened to accommodate subsequent appointments. Your therapist will assess whether sufficient time remains to begin treatment. Regardless of actual session length, the full appointment cost applies.
